Annual Health Forms

These forms are needed to participate in extended activities and short camping adventures (less than 72 hours). A for all family members is needed. Download, fill out, and bring it back to the next Den Meeting. Follow the link and download the form for "All Scouting Events"

SAFE Guarding Youth Training

Youth Protection is a top priority for Scouting. All registered leaders are required to take SAFE Guarding Youth Training (SYT), and parents are encouraged to take the training on their own. Learn more about the training through the link, and register to take the training through my.scouting.org.
