Leading the Way

About Us
Pack 631 is chartered by Tuskawilla Presbyterian Church, in Oviedo, FL. We have a very active group of boys and girls from school ages K to 5th Grade. Our pack has approximately 55 active scouts in our Pack.
Pack 631 has an amazing leadership team! Most of our families are involved in some way. Our activities always are developed by the den leaders with the support of the families, where the scouting values are lived in each one of the participants. Our yearly plan includes outdoor activities, community service, and camping opportunities. In 2020 we added two NOVA counselors to our pack. These leaders are working with our scouts to earn some higher level STEM awards
We kept scouting though Covid-19. We started with virtual meetings. We started outside activities with the scouts as soon as we were able to. These activities included Scouts Trash the Trash Day, Pack hikes, our Annual Rain Gutter Regatta, Back-to-Pack, and New Parent Orientation. At all events we followed CDC Guidelines and practiced social distancing, disinfecting common surfaces, and asked anyone who was not social distancing to wear a mask. A few of our dens held additional summer activities such as fishing and day camp.
Recent Activities include:
Recycle Raingutter Regatta
Back to Pack
Halloween Campout at La-No-Che
Pack Hikes
Scouting for Food
Fishing
Lightfest Campout
Skating
Pinewood Derby
Tipisa Native American Weekend Campout
